Why I Started
Years ago, after a burnout, I was advised to go on a yoga retreat to switch off and recharge. That first trip to Thailand changed everything for me.
I kept going back year after year, exploring new places, trying different styles of yoga and meeting incredible people along the way.
Those experiences helped me through tough times and showed me the importance of self-care, looking after your mental health and connecting with others.
What Retreats Mean To Me
Retreats are a chance to pause, breathe and come back to yourself.
Whether we explore the British countryside or travel off the beaten path to far flung places, I want to offer a space where you can unwind, feel supported, feel heard, be seen and come home feeling lighter and stronger.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence, people and giving yourself permission to slow down.
