I am Florence,

founder of Yoga Retreats & More and a fully qualified and accredited sound healing practitioner.

I graduated from the College of Sound Healing and work with 432hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and bells.

Sound healing uses vibration, frequency and resonance to encourage deep relaxation and support overall wellbeing.

Whether experienced as a private session or a group sound bath, it offers an opportunity to slow down, release tension and create space for rest and healing.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies with the intention of bringing the body and mind into a state of balance and harmony.

As the sounds and vibrations flow through the body, many people experience a profound sense of relaxation. It can help calm an overactive mind, reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing.

Many people report feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded after a session.

What Happens During a Sound Bath?

During a sound bath, you simply lie down comfortably and allow the sounds of the bowls, chimes and other instruments to wash over you.

There is nothing to achieve and nothing you need to do.

Many people describe it as deeply relaxing and restorative, while others experience emotional release, clarity or a greater sense of balance.
