About the Event
Nick Carnelian & Florence Achery invite you to a special evening of laughter and relaxation.
The evening will start at 7pm and end at approximately 9pm.
During the session:
Nick will facilitate an hour of playful exercises that will prompt you to laugh, helping to melt away stress & flood your body with feel-good endorphins.
Florence will then take you on a relaxing crystal & Tibetan singing bowls sound journey. You will feel refreshed, motivated & focussed.
