Following the success of my Retreat like it’s 1999!® digital-detox retreats, I’m delighted to be teaming up with yoga teacher, Helena Masand to offer a teen-friendly, screen-free sanctuary.
Helena is a mum to two teenage daughters and passionate about supporting young people’s physical and mental wellbeing.
