Following the success of my digital detox retreats, 'Retreat like it's 1999!™', I am delighted to be teaming up with yoga teacher Helena Masand, to offer you a teenager friendly and tech free sanctuary.
Helena is herself mum to two teenage daughters and passionate about their physical and mental wellbeing.
The Easter break doesn't have to be hours spent in front of a screen watching Tik Tok videos and eating your weight in cheap chocolate eggs.
