This retreat is a chance for you to spend 5 days/ 4 nights in a nurturing environment among a very small group of like minded people.
A short retreat away from the noise and stress of the city and everyday life. A perfect setting to relax, nourish, energise & restore yourself.

Morning and late afternoon Hatha & Isha yoga sessions, meditation, crystal bowls & Tibetan bowls sound baths, beautiful morning walks to reconnect with nature, wild swimming, delicious wholesome vegan meals, stargazing by the firepit....everything needed to feed body and soul…..
Every guest will be offered a complimentary one to one sound bath healing session with the aim to reset the nervous system & slow down the production of stress hormones. The session lasts approximately one hour & is optional.
The chosen venue, St Marks Stays, a restored Victorian vicarage in Cumbria will be the setting for this bespoke retreat of no more than 8 guests - this will allow us to respect social distancing both in the yoga studio and around the dining table.
This event follows the latest Covid-19 guidelines set up by the government.
• Total cost of the retreat for a single occupancy room with en-suite bathroom is £499 per person.
• Total cost of the retreat for a double occupancy room with en-suite bathroom is £399.50 per person or £799 per couple.

Riya Sri-Raviculan will be our yoga teacher.
Riya was introduced to her first Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) at the tender age of 9 by a dance teacher, and grew up hearing about the immense health, wellbeing and spiritual possibilities Yoga could offer.
After trying out various 'styles' in adulthood, and even completing a 200 hour teacher training course on the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh, she was always left feeling like she wanted more and that something was missing.
It wasn't until she did her first Surya Kriya at an Isha Hatha Yoga program that she felt she found what she was looking for - authentic Yoga that really works.
From there, a 21 day intense Yoga detox rid her of chronic allergies and convinced her to do an intense 21 week teacher training course at the Isha Yoga Centre in South India.
These classes might not be what you are expecting, but if you trust in the process, they might just work some magic for you too !
