• Create a vision board as a picture is worth a thousand words !                                                                                                                  Visualise your dreams and goals to inspire and motivate you for the next 12 months and beyond...
• Enjoy a relaxing crystal and Himalayan bowls sound bath.

All materials will be provided as well as thick mats, pillows and blankets for the sound bath - You are welcome to bring your own.

Tea and biscuits will be also available.

About the organisers:

Samantha Murray is a Master Reiki Healer [The Healing Centre] from Liverpool. She will guide you through intentions setting and the making of your vision board.

Florence Achery [Yoga Retreats and More] is a sound healer from London who graduated from The College Of Sound Healing. She will take you on a crystal and Himalayan bowls sound journey.
